Vascular Surgeon needed in Portland, OR
Requirements:
- Certification/Licenses
- Need Oregon and Washington license (Will License, if needed, but prefer licensed due to need starting in January)
- Board Certified & DEA
- BLS, ATLS, ACLS
Privileging
- Privileging with Kaiser Permanente – Northwest Permanente Medical Group
- Timeframe: Estimated 45-60 Days once complete file received
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- Call/Rounding: Call Rotation between surgeons
- EMR System: Health Connect (Kaiser’s EPIC) but both SNF’s have paper charting.
- EMR utilized to notate discharges and some notes
- Clinic Practices – Clinic is Mt. Talbert Medical Office
- Support Staff Available: Full Support Staff in both Clinic & Surgery
- Patient Age Range: Adults
- Typical Cases & Procedures: Dialysis Access, Venous Procedures, Vascular ultrasound interpretation, Open and Endo Vascular procedures of the Aorta (Thoracic and abdominal), peripheral vascular disease, and carotid disease as part of a multidisciplinary team
