Locums | Hand Surgery | Lakewood, CO (CO or IMLC) Why This Role

Assignment Details Start/end: Ongoing as schedules are released Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a Coverage type: Call Setting: Inpatient + Emergency Department; Level I Trauma Center Patient population: Adult and geriatric Coverage: Emergency Department and transfer center hand surgery calls EMR: Epic Credentialing: ~60-90 days standard; emergency privileges may be available in 1-2 weeks with clean file Clinical Details Emergency hand surgery coverage Hand injuries presenting through the ED and transfer center Reimplantation is not performed at this site Approximately 5 admissions Requirements BC in Surgery of the Hand required Hand Surgery fellowship required License: active CO or IMLC with LOQ in hand Active DEA required for credentialing Clean malpractice/background required Must provide ongoing shifts/month availability Compensation Rate caps apply per facility Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
