Date: October - December 2026 (start as soon as credentialed)
Schedule: Monday 7:00a through Friday 3:00p, 8-hour weekday shifts, weekday evening/overnight call, no weekend coverage
Practice Setting: General Surgery
Patient Volume: 2-5 OR cases per day, fewer than 10 clinic visits per day
Licensing: Active Kentucky license required at presentation; DEA and CSR required
Credentialing: Expedited credentialing available for clean files; temporary privileges not available
Required Skills: Bread-and-butter general surgery, GI procedures preferred, inpatient and outpatient surgical management, call coverage
