What You’ll Do:
- Provide emergent neurosurgical care, including spinal and cranial procedures
- Perform inpatient rounds and admit patients
- Manage 5-10 inpatient cases daily in a hospital setting
- Participate in on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with neurosurgery team and APPs on complex cases
- Follow hospital protocols for emergency surgeries and patient care
What You Need:
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan or eligible to obtain one
- Board Certified in neurosurgery, with current certification preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of neurosurgical experience
- Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
