Acute Care Surgeon - New Bern, NC ### The Opportunity Seeking a BC Acute Care Surgeon to join a well-established team in New Bern, NC — a historic waterfront town near the Pamlico Sound, within an hour's drive of Emerald Isle. This hospital-based role specializes in a broad range of general surgical procedures, including community-level trauma, within a collaborative and supportive environment. ### Position Highlights
- Full-time: 10 days per month in two 5-day stretches
- No relocation required
- Limited billing and coding responsibilities
- Work among an esteemed team of dedicated general surgeons
- Access to CME and training through the TeamHealth Institute
- Mentorship and support from a national network of leaders ### Qualifications
- Board Certified in Acute Care or General Surgery
- Active or in-process North Carolina medical license
