Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Locums Job – Central OH – Long-Term Coverage
Orthopedic Trauma Surgery locum tenens opportunity in central Ohio. This 26-week assignment offers the potential to extend up to one year in an acute care, academic setting.
Assignment Details
- Location: Central OH
- Setting: Acute care / academic medical center
- Start Date: December 30, 2026
- Contract: 26 weeks with potential extension up to one year
- Coverage includes complex orthopedic trauma
- Procedures include pelvic, long-bone, lower-extremity, and hip-and-below trauma
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Rounding begins at 6:00 AM
- Some flexibility in daily schedule
- Call required, anticipated to be a couple of days per month
- Call is shared
Requirements
- Board Certified and fellowship trained in Orthopedic Trauma
- 5+ years of experience with significant Level I Trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA/CSR required
- Ohio license or IMLC preferred; willing to license
