This well-established orthopedic practice has been proudly serving the Brainerd Lakes area since 1975, offering a collaborative and supportive environment with a team of five experienced orthopedic surgeons. The facility provides access to both an outpatient clinic and a nearby hospital just 3.5 miles away, along with exciting opportunities to participate in the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center and ownership potential in a local Outpatient Surgery Center.Opportunity:
Physician - Orthopedic SurgeryJob Details:
- Join a well-established general orthopedic practice where subspecialty spine training is highly valued
- Become part of a collaborative team of 5 experienced orthopedic surgeons with strong PA/NP support staff
- Anticipated inpatient weekly volume of 10 consultations and outpatient weekly volume of 75 office patients
- Flexible schedule with 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week, with the option to distribute over 5 days if preferred
- Work schedule Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with hospital consultations and rounding as a small component
- Opportunity to buy into a local Outpatient Surgery Center
- Participate in the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center
- Engage in aggressive outreach and expansion initiatives to grow your patient base rapidly
- Accepting MD or DO candidates who are Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
