The organization is clinician-led and features a collaborative orthopedic team supported by Advanced Practice Clinicians, dedicated ED and hospitalist physicians, and outstanding physical and occupational therapy departments committed to excellence and continuous improvement.Opportunity:
Physician - Orthopedic SurgeryJob Details:
- Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon opportunity to join a well-established and growing practice
- Comprehensive practice scope including Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma
- Work alongside one full-time and one casual surgeon, supported by four Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Innovative call system where primary orthopedic calls are managed by an Advanced Practice Clinician, with surgeons providing secondary calls
- Shared call schedule of 1:4 to ensure a healthy work-life balance
- Primary access to PACS and EMR systems available from home
- Benefit from a loyal patient base and robust referral network within an integrated care team
- Collaborate with orthopedic teams at affiliated facilities in Fargo, ND, and Duluth, MN
- Regional service area includes 7 clinics and one hospital, ensuring a broad and diverse patient population
- Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
