- Provide expert orthopaedic surgical care to diverse patient populations.
- Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgical interventions when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
- Contribute to the overall excellence of the healthcare team.
Required:
- Valid Kentucky medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
