- Dates: 11/21-12/9 and 12/27-1/6 (Weekend Call)
- Inpatient, Outpatient
- Active California state license is required. Provider must hold an active DEA. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency, though Board Certified is preferred. FLURO certification is required (temporary FLURO acceptable).
