Position Overview
A regional healthcare system serving Fremont County, Wyoming is seeking an experienced Board-Certified General Surgeon to join an established surgical program.
This opportunity offers flexibility between hospital employment and independent practice, strong referral support, excellent work-life balance, and the chance to practice in one of the most scenic regions of the Rocky Mountain West.
Position Highlights
* Established surgical practice
* Surgery performed at the Lander hospital campus
* Flexible employment structure:
* Hospital-employed option
* Independent practice option
* Existing team includes:
* 1 full-time General Surgeon
* 1 contracted General Surgeon
* Dedicated clinical support staff
* Additional staffing support available as volume grows
* Mature practice projected volume:
* Approximately 5,500–6,000 annual wRVUs
Referral Network

Qualifications
* Board Certified in General Surgery
* Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
* DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
* Experienced surgeons only
* Not open to new graduates or residents
