Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Active New York Medical License
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
* American Board of Surgery Certification preferred
* Minimum of five years of surgical experience preferred
* BLS Certification Required
* ACLS Certification Preferred
