Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time permanent placement
- Job Setting: Large System Medical Center and affiliated clinics
- Types of Cases: Full spectrum practice including Reconstructive, Melanoma, Microvascular, Facial Trauma, and Cosmetic; block time in ACS and Hospital OR; collaborative work with Breast, Neuro, Oncology, and Bariatric surgeons
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary with 2-year income guarantee
- $100,000 sign-on/recruitment bonus
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- CME allowance: $6,000
- Day 1 benefits
- 4 weeks ATO
- Paid malpractice and tail coverage
- 403(b) match
- APP support in OR/Inpatient/Clinic
- ACPA Designation
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (must become certified within 5 years); no exceptions
- Certifications: BLS certification (must maintain recertification)
- Licensure: Valid Iowa State Medical License required; DEA required
- Additional Requirements:
- Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
- No J-1 or H-1B visa support available
