Seeking Fellowship-Trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join established women's health program in Rochester, New York
Position Highlights:
Dedicated gynecologic surgery practice with no required obstetrical responsibilities
Optional Labor & Delivery participation based on physician preference
Focus on advanced minimally invasive gynecologic procedures
Utilize advanced laparoscopic, robotic, and hysteroscopic surgical techniques
Treat a wide range of complex benign gynecologic conditions including:
- Endometriosis
- Fibroids
- Chronic pelvic pain
- Abnormal uterine bleeding
- Pelvic adhesive disease
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with:
- General Gynecologists
- Urogynecologists
- Reproductive Specialists
- Colorectal Surgeons
- Pain Management Specialists
- Dedicated Surgical Teams
Opportunity to participate in resident and medical student education
Support for clinical teaching, mentorship, and program development

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgical procedures
Evaluate and manage patients with complex benign gynecologic conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in teaching and academic activities
Contribute to program growth and innovation initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery required
Expertise in advanced laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic surgery
Active New York license or ability to obtain
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$250,000.00 - $300,000.00
