Responsibilities:
Perform shoulder arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and reconstruction procedures
Evaluate and manage shoulder and upper extremity conditions
Participate in multidisciplinary orthopedic care
Contribute to program development and growth initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Fellowship training in Orthopedic Shoulder & Elbow Surgery strongly preferred
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Expertise in shoulder arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and complex reconstruction
Eligible for New York medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation range: $500,000 - $700,000
