* Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified General Surgeon for leadership role
* Medical Director of Robotic Surgery Program (da Vinci)
* Lead and develop robotic surgery program from launch
* Serve as site program director for general surgery residents
* Blend of clinical (OR + clinic) and administrative leadership responsibilities
* 1:4 call schedule with offsite availability
* Collaborative environment with strong multidisciplinary support
