Clinical Details:
* Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures including: Hernia repair, Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, Colorectal procedures, Breast and endocrine surgeries and Basic thoracic and vascular cases
* Participate in call coverage for emergency and trauma services
* Collaborate in tumor boards, trauma rounds, and quality initiatives
* Utilize integrated EMR for documentation

Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary range: $430,000 - $450,000 plus productivity incentives

Requirements:
* MD or DO
* Completion of accredited General Surgery residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
* Eligible for Illinois medical license
* Strong clinical and teamwork skills
* Trauma or surgical critical care experience is a plus, not required
