Required Skills:
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Vascular Surgery
- Valid PA Medical License and DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant vascular surgical experience
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), specifically EPIC
- Ability to perform specialized procedures such as bypass and amputations
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with APP support staff
- Familiarity with hospital departments covering multiple facilities
- Advanced surgical techniques or research experience in vascular surgery
- Availability to support weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Formal postgraduate training in Vascular Surgery
- Prior experience in hospital-based surgical services
- Proven ability to handle complex cases in a busy hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts, including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining certification and licensure requirements
- Ability to travel between hospitals as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $2,956.20
