Join Our Team as an Orthopaedic Surgeon

Required Skills:
- Active Orthopedic Surgery license and OR DEA license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform bread-and-butter orthopaedic procedures
- Flexibility to work both clinic and OR hours as scheduled
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with total joint procedures
- Ability to perform both clinic and OR work interchangeably
- Previous experience in locum tenens roles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Prior locum tenens or acute care experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule including 2-3 days per week or 1 week on/1 week off rotations
- Availability for approximately 8 days of call per month (optional), including weekends
- Guarantee of 8 hours per day; overtime applies after 8 hours
- Willingness to complete privileging process within 90 days of start date
- Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable
