Are you a skilled orthopaedic surgeon passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive orthopaedic surgery coverage starting June 1, 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, combining clinic and operating room responsibilities, with flexible scheduling to match your availability. Required Skills:
  • Active Orthopedic Surgery license and OR DEA license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to perform bread-and-butter orthopaedic procedures
  • Flexibility to work both clinic and OR hours as scheduled
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with total joint procedures
  • Ability to perform both clinic and OR work interchangeably
  • Previous experience in locum tenens roles

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Prior locum tenens or acute care experience preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Flexible work schedule including 2-3 days per week or 1 week on/1 week off rotations
  • Availability for approximately 8 days of call per month (optional), including weekends
  • Guarantee of 8 hours per day; overtime applies after 8 hours
  • Willingness to complete privileging process within 90 days of start date
  • Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable

This position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
