Requirements:
- Active VT License
- BC/BE
- DEA
- CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Clean Record
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report
- Must complete residency in General Surgery Residency Program
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $285,000 $320,000 annually
- Determined based on experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness
