Requirements:
- Active VT License or IMLC
- BC/BE in Gen Surg
- Residency in Gen Surg
- DEA
- CPR
- BLS
- Proficiency in surgical techniques & procedures
- Clean record
- Local/No flights
- Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the month)
