A clinician-led healthcare organization in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a fellowship-trained Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a well-established orthopedic team. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with strong support and advanced resources.
Position Highlights
• Fellowship-trained Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon
• Collaborative orthopedic team including specialists in:
* Hand and upper extremity
* Sports medicine
* Adult reconstruction
* Orthopedic sports medicine physician
• Primary call coverage handled by Advanced Practice Clinicians
• General call schedule approximately 1:6
• 24/7 hospitalist coverage providing strong inpatient support
• Opportunity to maintain surgical skills while benefiting from balanced call responsibilities

• Level II Trauma Center
• Epic electronic medical record system
• Robotics capabilities
• Full therapy and splinting services available onsite
• Musculoskeletal fellowship-trained radiologist
• Excellent device representative support
• Clinic, emergency department, operating rooms, and hospital located within the same building
• Strong referral network supported by 25 clinics and 5 hospitals
Compensation
• Base compensation: $701,000
• Additional earning opportunities through bonuses, quality incentives, and productivity-based compensation
