Assignment Details Start date ASAP with ongoing coverage Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities One provider requested with ability to accept multiple providers Estimated credentialing timeframe five to seven days Clinical Details Trauma level IV setting Average five to seven patients per shift Twelve inpatient beds Admissions required Beeper call with fifteen-minute response time EMR systems Athena and Medhost Requirements Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery Active Arizona medical license or IMLC Active DEA required NPDB self-query required Case logs from the past two years required Clean malpractice and background history Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed About the City Bullhead City, AZ sits along the Colorado River directly across from Laughlin, NV and about 95 miles from Las Vegas, with Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) as the nearest major airport.
