General Surgery-Western Kentucky
- Employed practice seeks a BE/BC General Surgeon to join their team at their rural community hospital
- Competitive salary with guaranteed 3-year salary plus RVU bonus potential
- 1 other General Surgeon with excellent specialty back up support
- $50,000 upfront bonus
- 15-20 patients per day, 150 cases a month
- Call: 1 week on/1 week off 2-4 cases on average per week
- 3 OR Rooms and 1 Endoscopy room
- Da Vinci X Robot
- Possibility of 7on/7off schedule, currently traditional model
- EMR: EPIC
- Full benefits with 6 weeks PTO/CME, retirement, malpractice with tail and stipend/student loan forgiveness available
- Owensboro and Bowling Green are within 45-60 minutes and 2 hours to Louisville and Nashville
- Owensboro has a regional airport and Louisville and Nashville have international airports
- Population: 30,000
