Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
- Job Setting: Hospital, 12 beds in department, Trauma Level 4
- Types of Cases:
- Required: Arthroscopy, Total Joint Replacement (Hip, Knee, Other), Joint Revision or Repair (Shoulder, Hip, Knee, Other)
- Preferred: Hand, Tendon Release/Repair, Peripheral Nerve Surgery, Spine Surgery with and without Instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Percutaneous Disc Surgery
- Credentialing: 5-7 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: Fellowship required, NPDB and case logs at least 2 years old
- Licensure: Arizona license and DEA required, will consider IMLC
