Job description
Tenet Healthcare, also known locally as Abrazo Medical Group, is partnering with an established private practice to recruit a Urogynecologist to support continued growth across the West Valley Phoenix market. This opportunity offers the ability to join a highly experienced team with strong surgical volume, advanced robotic capabilities, and a well-established referral network serving a rapidly expanding patient population.
Position Highlights
- Full-time Urogynecology opportunity with an established private practice
- Primary hospital coverage: Abrazo West Campus and Abrazo Arrowhead Campus
- Multiple clinic locations throughout the service area
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Approximately 3.5 days outpatient clinic / 1.5 days OR or hospital-based procedures weekly
- Call: Approximately 6-8 call weeks per year, with dedicated daytime hospitalist coverage
- Ideal start date: July 2026
Clinical Scope & Volume
- Clinic volume: Approximately 50-70 patients per day
- Surgical volume: 2-3 robotic procedures or 7-12 reconstructive pelvic procedures per day, depending on case mix
- Access to advanced laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgical platforms
- Broad case mix including pelvic floor reconstruction, incontinence procedures, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
Practice Support
- Join a network of 130+ experienced physicians across 13 Valley locations, all with 5+ years of specialized experience
- Dedicated medical assistants, surgery schedulers, lab technicians, and administrative support teams
- Strong referral base and multi-site clinic infrastructure supporting continued growth
- Hospital privileges available across multiple Phoenix-area hospitals, including Banner Health and Abrazo facilities
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Urogynecology (FPMRS) fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
- Completion of fellowship training in advanced robotics and laparoscopy preferred
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
