Assignment Details Coverage type: Call only Start date: February 3, 2026 End date: May 1, 2026 Practice setting: Outpatient Admissions required: Yes Call type: Beeper Call coverage: Unassigned patients Call response time: 30 minutes EMR: Cerner Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days Clinical Details General surgery call coverage for adult and pediatric patients Low average volume with phone consults and occasional in-person cases Typical activity includes approximately 2 phone consults, 1 patient seen, and 1 admission per shift Support staff includes RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs Requirements Board eligible or board certified general surgeon Active Massachusetts license required PALS required Ability to cover scheduled call blocks as listed No supervision of advanced practice providers required Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
