Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
🔪 Required Procedures:

Adult General Surgical Cases

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Colonoscopy
-
Upper GI Endoscopy
✅ Requirements:

Board Certified
-
Active Ohio License
-
ACLS Certified
-
Self-Query NPDB (dated within 30 days at time of presentation)

Must specify available dates at name clear
