Job Responsibilities - Provide surgical care and perform general surgery procedures - Participate in a variable call schedule, handling approximately 2 surgical cases per day - Perform procedures including laparoscopic surgery, cholecystectomy, and GI endoscopy such as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy
Qualifications - Board Certified in General Surgery - Current Ohio medical license - ACLS Certification - Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of application
Working Hours - Variable shifts based on call schedule spanning 7-10 days each month
Skills - Proficiency in laparoscopic and general surgical procedures - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with well-trained OR staff - Experience with Epic EMR system is preferred
