• Provide comprehensive surgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings
• Perform procedures including hernia repair, cholecystectomy, endoscopy, appendectomy, colorectal surgery, small bowel obstruction management, and skin/soft tissue procedures
• Manage acute and chronic wounds within multidisciplinary wound clinic
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physician assistants, perioperative teams, ED clinicians, hospitalists, and wound clinic team
• Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, and post-operative care
• Review diagnostic tests and provide surgical input for palliative care and pain management
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible; MD or DO degree; completion of accredited General Surgery Residency
• Active Vermont Medical License; DEA prior to start; CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Clean malpractice history; proficiency in surgical techniques; NPDB Self Query report within 30 days
