We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated surgeons specializing in Cardiovascular, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery to join our esteemed team. This critical role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes through advanced surgical techniques and compassionate care. The ideal candidate will handle complex cases within a dynamic clinical environment, providing expert treatment and ensuring optimal recovery for patients with challenging cardiovascular and thoracic conditions.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in open-heart surgery, thoracic surgery, and vascular procedures
  • Proficiency in managing trauma cases, especially in emergency room settings
  • Ability to perform complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries with precision
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with intraoperative echocardiography and other advanced imaging techniques
  • Familiarity with minimally invasive or robotic-assisted surgical procedures
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Thoracic Surgery
  • Previous experience working in high-volume trauma centers

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery or Vascular Surgery
  • Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in open heart, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
  • Experience working in emergency and trauma settings is highly desirable

Other Requirements:
  • Certification and licensure in relevant states or regions
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage as needed
  • Willingness to travel if required for coverage and professional development
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with surgical advancements
