### General Surgery opening in New York
Located in Albany, NY
Full-time; Permanent
Seeking BC/BE
### Overview:
* Seeking an additional General Surgeon to join an established surgery practice with office locations in Albany and Clifton Park.
* Join a high-quality General Surgery group at a community-based, tertiary care hospital in Albany.
* Employed surgeon within a large, physician-run multi-specialty group.
* Scope of practice includes elective and acute care general surgery.
* Open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery experience required.
* Join a team that includes two HPB surgeons, as well as Endocrine and MIS General Surgeons.
* Supported by a dedicated team of specialty-trained inpatient surgical PAs and NPs, along with office-based support.
* Call schedule is 1:8 for the group.
* Dedicated OR time and robotic block time provided.
* Hospital equipped with five Da Vinci robotic systems.
* Established relationships with primary care physicians and hospitalists.
* Excellent radiology and gastroenterology support.
* Fellowship training in MIS or another specialty considered but not required.
* Seeking a motivated, hard-working individual focused on quality improvement and care optimization who thrives in a dynamic team environment.

### Position Offers:
* Competitive base salary range of $460,000–$575,000 with incentives.
* Posted salary reflects starting total compensation and excludes productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation.
* CME allowance and additional benefits typically provided by the medical group employer.
* Salary range provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation based on applicable factors.
