ConnectHealth is seeking an experienced General Surgeon for a high-demand beeper call only coverage assignment in Framingham, MA. This is a strong opportunity for a surgeon who is confident managing urgent surgical consults and call responsibilities, including admissions and unassigned patient coverage.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to urgent consults, admissions, and surgical needs as they arise
Manage unassigned patient call coverage as required
Perform procedures and surgical interventions including laparoscopy and trauma-related cases
Collaborate with ED and hospital teams to ensure timely patient care and safe outcomes
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts medical license required to bid
PALS required
Strong General Surgery background required
Trauma capability required
Fellowship preferred
Working Hours
Beeper call model
7A to 7A coverage blocks required
Must be available for multiple scheduled blocks through February, March, and April
Skills
Strong laparoscopic surgical skills
Trauma and acute care surgery capability
Ability to manage high-acuity admissions and consults efficiently
Professional communication and teamwork with hospital staff
