Hourly Pay Rate: $2,500.88

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in cardiothoracic and vascular procedures
- Valid MN medical license or IMLC certification
- Strong surgical skills in CAB, valve repairs, aneurysms, dissections, and other complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Ability to perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-call responsibilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with TAVR, lead extractions, or structural heart procedures
- Background in congenital heart surgery or heart failure surgery
- Familiarity with hybrid OR environments
- Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and perioperative management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of fellowship in cardiothoracic or vascular surgery
- Minimum of 3-5 years of surgical experience, with preference for those experienced in complex cardiovascular cases
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start on March 16, 2026
- Participation in a rotation including day shifts, overnight, and weekend call duties
- Successful submission of a complete application package, including clean records
- Willingness to work in a Level II trauma setting and handle urgent/emergency cases
- Travel reimbursements and certification expenses covered when applicable
Compensation:
