Job description
Hospital is seeking a well-trained BE/BC General Surgeon to join their team in northeast IL providing a full range of general surgical services, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency procedures.
Highlights:
- Full-time position
- Provide a broad range of general surgery services, including common ‘bread and butter’ procedures, endoscopy, and urgent/acute care surgery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff
- In-house call not required (60-minute response time)
- Teach and mentor surgery residents and medical students
- Pathway to partnership in a suburban practice
- Opportunity to serve a diverse and vibrant community in the south suburbs of Chicago
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range $430k-$450k, commensurate with experience
- RVU-based production incentive available
