Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
- Proven experience in complex neurological and spinal surgeries
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology
- Excellent surgical skills and precision
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication skills with patients and staff
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Familiarity with advanced neuroimaging and surgical navigation systems
- Participation in research or clinical trials in neurosurgery
- Certification in neurocritical care or related specialties
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency program
- At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in neurosurgery
Other Requirements:
- Valid medical license to practice neurosurgery
- Willingness to maintain required certifications and licenses
- Availability to start from May 7, 2026
- Commitment to continuous professional development
