• Location: Red Bluff, CA

• Coverage Dates: February 13–15 (ending morning of Feb 16) with ongoing needs as schedule is prepared

• Pay Rate:

  • $2,700 per 24-hour call

  • Additional Callback pay & Holiday pay

• Practice Setting: Community hospital

• Trauma Level: Level III

• Hospital Size: 72 licensed beds

Scope of Practice

• 24/7 ED and inpatient orthopedic consultations

• Full general orthopedic coverage

• Higher-acuity cases transferred to a tertiary facility north of the hospital

Call & Callback Compensation

• 24-Hour Call: $2,700 (includes 4 gratis hours)

• Holiday 24-Hour Call: Higher premium rate available

• Callback Pay:

  • Paid per hour of patient contact after gratis hours

  • Holiday callbacks paid at a premium rate

Provider Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Active California license

• Completion of ACGME or AOA-approved residency

• Clean malpractice
