Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or eligible in General Surgery
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of general surgical procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Licensure and certification to practice in the relevant state(s)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in emergency or trauma surgery
- Advanced certifications or specialized training in minimally invasive techniques
- Previous experience in a hospital or trauma center environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience as a practicing general surgeon
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable medical licenses and certifications
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (Monday through Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm, on a one-week-on, one-week-off basis)
- Excellent documentation and compliance records
- Travel and licensure reimbursement available when applicable

- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
