* Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our community-oriented, full-service hospital in Carlsbad, NM.
* Full-scope General Surgery (bread & butter + complex cases).
* Strong institutional support and modern technology, including access to a DaVinci robot, with training available for those new to robotics.
* A great opportunity for both new graduates and experienced surgeons seeking to build a long-term practice.
* Mentorship available for new graduates.
* 10 days of ER call per month.
* Level III Trauma Center.
* Hospital-employed position with immediate volume.
