- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 6 patients per shift. This locum general surgery opportunity is seeking one provider to cover 7–10 days of beeper call per month with no clinic or scheduled hospital work required. Call shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., with an expected response time of 20–30 minutes when called in. The hospital has no trauma designation and low call volume, with minimal anticipated call backs. Requirements include an active state medical license and DEA, as well as board certification or true board eligibility within five years of residency.
