We are seeking a Board Eligible General Surgeon for ongoing call coverage at a small, community-oriented hospital in New Mexico. This is a "pure call" assignment with no clinic or rounding requirements, offering a low-volume environment and a manageable pace.

Schedule & Clinical Setting
- Shift Times: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM).
- Response Time: Must remain within 20–30 minutes of the facility while on call.
- Facility Profile: A small, non-trauma designated hospital.
- Expected Volume: Typically low volume; frequent call-backs are not anticipated.
- Support: Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and hospital communication.
Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 5 years of residency.
- Licensure: Active New Mexico (NM) Medical License and NM DEA are required.
- Certification: Active BLS certification.
