Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage emergency and possible trauma cases in a hospital setting
- Provide surgical care and interventions as needed
- Sign off on necessary documentation (no APP supervision required, but occasional sign-off may be needed)
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to hospital protocols and standards
Additional Information
- Board certification in General Surgery required
- Tennessee medical license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Must have recent emergency surgery experience
- Candidates should be able to start quickly and qualify for temporary privileges
