• Types of Cases: General Surgery (Adult, Pediatric, Neonate, Trauma), Laparoscopic Surgery (Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, Nissen Fundoplication), Head/neck surgery (including thyroid), Chest wall/pleural procedures, Breast surgery, Obstetric & gynecologic surgery (Cesarean section, D&C, Hysterectomy), Liver surgery, GI endoscopy (Upper, Lower, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy), Minor Orthopedics, Hand Surgery, Ventilation management, Chest tube insertion, Central line insertion, PA Catheter placement, Laser certification, Vascular Surgery (Aneurysm repairs - Thoracic & Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral, Vascular access devices, AV shunt), Plastic Surgery, Additional Pediatric Surgery procedures (Artesias - Esophageal, Intestinal, Biliary; Abdominal wall defects - Gastroschisis; Umbilical defects - Hernia, Omphalocele; Diaphragmatic hernia, Imperforate anus, PDA ligation)
• Credentialing: 5 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required, Fellowship required
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: New Mexico state license (IMLC not accepted)
