Position: Trauma Acute Care Surgeon Location: Johnson City, NY Board Certified / Board Eligible Overview: To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality, comprehensive surgical care, we are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Acute Care Trauma Surgeon. The selected candidate will provide trauma and emergency general surgery coverage at a Level 2 Trauma Center and work in a high-volume general and trauma surgical practice. Location Highlights: • Binghamton, NY is located 2.5 hours north of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse, NY. • Progressive college town with a large healthcare presence and a safe living environment. • Diverse community with nearby lakes, ski resorts, golf courses, wineries, as well as cultural amenities such as a symphony orchestra and opera company. Qualifications: • Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery or Trauma/Acute Care Surgery. • Experience in high-volume trauma and emergency general surgery preferred. • Strong clinical skills, excellent judgment, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
