- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: 36 hours patient contact hours, Monday to Friday with call rotation
- Coverage Type: Either 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Clinical Details
- Facility: 622-bed facility
- Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours per week
- Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Procedure/OR Days: 2-4 per week
- On Call: Rotation for soft tissue call in addition to clinic call/EMTALA
- Inpatient Responsibility: Yes
- Outreach: No
- Telehealth: No
- Number of Physicians: 1
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1
- Supervision of APP(s): No
- Nursing Support: 1:1
- Ancillary Staff per Provider: 0.5:1
