A highly active and well-established trauma program at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Trauma Surgeon to join a growing, high-acuity service line. Position Highlights
- 7-on / 7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts
- Very busy, high-volume trauma program
- Lucrative compensation with robust earning potential
- Consistent patient continuity — always a provider on duty who knows the patients between shifts
- APP assistance available to support clinical workflow
- Critical Care Fellowship required
- Open to new graduates and experienced trauma surgeons
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
