Join a reputable medical group in Macomb as a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgery physician. This opportunity offers coverage from November 24, 2025, to February 27, 2026, in a facility equipped with a full catheterization lab and a Cardiothoracic surgical service suite. The practice enjoys a fully staffed clinic, ensuring you have the support needed for efficient patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Cardiothoracic surgical coverage for cardiovascular and trauma services
• Perform various cardiothoracic surgeries, including aneurysm repairs and arterial bypass procedures
• Handle an average of 5 patients per day
• Participate in weekend and on-call duties as required
• Utilize Cerner EHR for documenting patient care
• Collaborate with RNFA and APP coverage for optimal patient management

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan medical license
• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Clean malpractice history and background checks
• Prior internal credentialing with the agency is required
• Local candidates from Michigan are highly preferred

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold an active Michigan medical license
• Board Certification is required
