Physician - Endocrine Surgeon - Marietta, GA

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon who has completed an accredited Endocrine Fellowship to join our 7 physician multi-disciplinary surgery team in Marietta, GA.

The group is comprised of 2 general surgeons, 1 endocrine surgeon, 1 miniminally invasive surgeon, 3 surgical oncologists and 5 APPs. Physicians are responsible for practice call (1 in 12) and do not take emergency room call. Candidates interested in a mixed practice of both bread and butter general surgery, as well as, endocrine surgery are ideal. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to take over a busy, well-established endocrine practice with a strong patient base.

You will be practicing at Wellstar's tertiary referral hospital, which serves as the cornerstone of our 11-hospital system. Your expertise will be crucial in managing complex endocrine surgical cases for the system while also handling routine cases within your hospital region.
