- Other details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 2-3 patients per shift and 14 beds in the department.

Job Responsibilities
* Respond to beeper call requests and manage surgical consultations as needed
* Perform surgical procedures and oversee patient care within the department
* Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
* Active Tennessee state medical license or IMLC eligibility required
* Minimum of 60–90 days for credentialing process
* Experience with inpatient surgical settings preferred
Working Hours
* Call-only schedule
* Average of 2–3 patients per shift
* Department includes 14 beds
Skills
* Strong clinical decision-making and emergency response skills
* Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Familiarity with MEDHOST EMR system
* Ability to manage call responsibilities independently and efficiently
