Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide trauma plastic surgery care, including hand surgery
- Cover 24-hour call as scheduled
- Conduct a minimum of 8 hours of clinic per week
- Manage acute and complex cases requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
Additional Information
- Indiana medical license required
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery required
- Must hold Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) certifications
- Assignment may start as early as late Jan if credentialing permits
